Return/Exchange Policy-
We will gladly offer store credit on unworn, unused products with NO signs of wear, alterations, odors, or dirt. The shoes and box must be in original "new"condition. Please be very mindful when trying on shoes and "testing" them out. If an item appears to be worn, unfortunately we will not be able to process the exchange for any store credits and the package will be returned to you. We do not provide refunds! We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us within the window of 7 business days of receiving your items. All shoes must be in an outer, protective shipping carton (box or poly bag) to avoid refusal. Please do not add tape or stickers to the shoe box. Lipstiknheelz.com reserves the right to refuse any attempt that does not meet proper requirements.

Non-Exchangeable Items-
Please note that all marked Final Sale items and all accessories such as sunglasses, face covers, hoisery, any and all jewelry, are also final sale. Intimate apparel such as swimwear and undergarments of any sort including dancewear are final sale to ensure the health and safety of all shoppers. Thank you for shopping with us!
